Description of Machine:1. DK-50 Automatic Bottle-cap Locker is one series of sealing packing mechanical equipment made by our company. It is applicable for metal safeguard cap, ring-pull cap and aluminum sealing cap of all kinds of glass, plastic and polyester bottles as well as the sealing and pressed screw thread of nozzle caps. It is the essential production equipment for such manufacturers as beverage, chemical industry,medicine and cosmetic.
2. This machine is a new-type cap locker made through many modifications and trial-manufactures on the basis of former Model DK-50 one and referring to the performance characteristics of various lockers at home and absorbing advanced technique to offset our shortcomings. It is featured by such advantages as reasonable structure, stable locking quality, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and simple maintenance.
Maintenance of machine:
1. This machine shall be well grounded prior to operation to avoid electrical leakage (the grounded location can be selected by users according to the actual configuration).
2. This machine shall be lubricated during operation; pinch wheel, worktable lifting shaft and the oil cup on the base shall be oiled once every shift and other movable parts once every week.
Application of machine：
This machine is suitable for a variety of metal caps,metal theft proof lock screw,sealing work. It is mainly used for capping in beverage bottles, wine bottles,chemical bottles, pharmaceutical bottles.
